Cancellation Policy

We understand that sometimes it is necessary for you to cancel your appointment. We politely request you give us 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Failure to provide 24 hours notice will result in you being charged in full for the appointment. We hate having to apply charges, however we have costs that need to be paid such as rent and rates. As such if we receive less than 24 hours notice, but the appointment can be filled with someone else then this charge will be cancelled.
